Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team immediately with photos or videos of the issue, and we will arrange the return and refund process. For damaged or defective products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Change of Mind Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product. In this case, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

• We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label for damaged or defective products.
• Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
